This can be in the form of any herbs, leaves, flowers, palo santo or in some cases a mixture. Personally we like to use our eucalyptus smudges.
Start at the front door of your home and light your smudge stick. Then, begin to move around your home. Move mindfully and with care, walking around the entire perimeter of your home. Rotating the smudge stick anticlockwise. Be sure to allow the smoke to drift into the hidden spaces and upper corners of the rooms.
Don’t forget that you can also use smudging as a tool to cleanse the energy of your crystals to enhance their properties, along with clearing any stagnant energy from your own energetic field aka your aura.
