When setting intentions ask yourself who do you want to be? What do you intend on doing or changing this week, month, year to get there. Then ask yourself, is what you are currently doing in alignment with those intentions? If not, YOU have the power to realign and change your journey. YOU have a choice!

To get the most out of working with your crystals, it is essential you program them by setting intention/s with them by essentially telling them how you want them to help you within your life! Repeat your intentions aloud whilst holding the crystal or write them down.
